If the programmer is offline or not connected

To create a new program folder or use one that already exists, press Select (F1) from the Program Folder Functions menu. The name of the last folder selected is shown in reverse video in the Program Folder field. Other program folders in the current drawer are also listed on the Cheap Elder Scrolls Online Gold screen.
